Before considering the factors we have to know the diseases that plays the role in the increased prevalence of illness and premature death of African Americans and females specifically, such diseases are breast cancer , cervical cancer and heart stroke which is mainly caused due to high blood pressure , diabetes , stress and obesity. In comparison to white peoples ,black African American peoples suffered from these diseases more because of the socio economic status. These diseases are preventable but these peoples couldn't be able to prevent themselves because they have fewer socioeconomic resources such as lower income , less education and awareness , less healthy diet and so on. For example in breast cancer there is a need to regularly visit doctor but these womens cannot afford . In heart stroke alongwith socioeconomic issues , it occurs due to high blood pressure which is mostly occurs in black peoples because the studies shows that the black peoples were sensitive to salt and there is high risk factor of obesity and it occurs because it is culture preference in black womens to keep a larger body. Childrens suffered from the diseases because of scarcity of healthy diet and lower socioeconomic status. These are the factors that leads to increased the prevalence of illness and immature death of African American peoples and women's specifically.
