Let us understand what does it mean by daily believe. The rules or feeling which are connected to everyday behavior is called daily believe. The daily beliefs are situational, dynamic and changed accordingly in order to meet the circumstances.

Now let us understand guiding beliefs. The guiding beliefs are external believe which are related to rivalry and direction of the business. It means who to compete into the market and how to conduct the business. Every organization is built with these philosophical foundations. These rules and principles accommodate varieties of circumstances.

The factors are like

  • the companies should respect the human side
  • Employees are very significant for the companies to make the company’s successful and growing. That is why the company should nurture the employees.
  • The employees of the organization should know how to behave in the organization as per the philosophy and culture of the company.
  • Organizational culture is made by the employees by their efforts
  • Employees of the organization are linked by the tangible emotions and feelings which is called culture.

Here are the examples of three examples of guiding belief of my organization

  • We are believing that we can do more work accumulate than individually.
  • Every employee of the organization should be given the equal opportunity in order to become the leader
  • We respect our fellow employees, colleagues who are coming from the various background.

Here are the 3 things examples of daily belief of my organization

  • The priority of my company is to offer the safe and secure environment where the employees can work without any accident.
  • We put customer first always. We deliver quality product to the customers
  • If you are not sure about something then ask and if you are doubtful then must ask

The organization strives to implement. Some believes are applied and followed, some are sometime followed and some are absolutely not followed and companies try for making it true. For an example- The reality is that the accident cannot be prevented fully. There may be some human error, equipment failure which leads to the accident so there is a difference between the assumption and reality.
