This is a question about Human-Computer Interaction design.
Describe and define the different types of scenarios that are used in the user-centered design process. Explain when and how such scenarios are applied.
Please answer the entire question, thank you so much.
Answer)
When considering the human-computer interaction-design then there are certain scenario's where in this is used for.
User-Centered Design is mostly an application design meant for focusing on the usability goal or the user demographics or the real world environment or the tasks associated with the workflow of the application interface. There are generally 2 types of the stages which are the user analysis stage and the workflow analysis stage.
One such scenario can be tele-calling where the user calls the customer care center and then the call is acknowledged by the application to resolve the issue first.
Also, when there are repetitive incidents which can be well handled by the machine then those events are being handled by the process.

You are the lead human–computer interaction (HCI) engineer on a major design project for an organization of your choice. Employees or customers will use this new system and user interface (UI) design to perform data entry for the organization. The UI will need to provide the required input and output to characterize the type of data collected by the organization. Choose an organization, such as a business, nonprofit group, government, or another organization. Provide a description of your chosen organization,...
