His canteen and restroom visits
His personal hygiene
His desk
His colleague desks
His most visited places

Occurence of disease or incident can be taken by interviewing various cohorts and teams who deal with him and thus identifying prima facie first.

All these can verify an existence of similar disease and thus cause and effects can be established. Similarly we can areive at final conclusion.
