120 AH is the capacity of battery that means if 120 A is the output current the battery only gives power to 1 hour.

If we reduced to battery output current to 60A battery provides 2 hour power at that load continuously

Formula: battery capacity = output current ×time

Battery charging current rate is depend on C-rate of that battery

Example: . supposed 120Ah battery has c-rate =c/10

Charging current of battery = capacity of battery (Ah)/ c-rate

=120/10

=12A
