A client has asked for your help to set up a recurring transaction. She wants to create a recurring sales receipt. This is the process she has followed so far:
1. Select the Gear icon
2. Select Recurring transactions
3. Select New
What should she do next?
Select the Gear icon on the Toolbar.
Under Lists, select Recurring Transactions.
Select New.
4.Select the type of transaction to create, and then select OK.
Enter a Template name.
Choose a Type — Scheduled, unscheduled or reminder.
If you're creating a Scheduled or Reminder type of recurring template:
If you're creating an Invoice template, specify that it should include unbilled charges and automatically send emails.
If you're using Merchant Services, select whether your customer can pay you online by selecting/deselecting the check boxes for Card and Bank Transfer under the Online Payment section.
Fill out the rest of the transaction.
Select Save template.
