a) Ho : means of all 3 groups are equal VS Ha : at least one of the mean differ significantly

b) We will Reject the null since its significance is less than 0.05

c) Type of test used is - Two tailed test (One way anova)

d) Practically we can say dat all the three methods have equal signicance in reducing stress for managers.
