F-statistic is given by:

F = \frac{\frac{TSS-RSS}{p}}{\frac{RSS}{n-p-1}}

where n = no. of observation, p = no. of independent regressors

Given values in question, we get:

F = \frac{(162.1-73.9)/2}{73.9/(35-2-1)} = \frac{44.1}{2.309} = 19.1
