Answer #1

a.) b1 = 0.7179

When x1 increases by 1 unit, on average estimated y increases by 0.7179 units.

b2 = 0.7718

When x2 increases by 1 unit, on an average estimated y increases by 0.7718 units.

b.) y = 32.3322+ 0.7179(180) + 0.7718(310)

= 32.3322 + 129.222 + 239.258

= 400.8122

y will be 400.812 when x1 = 180 and x2 = 310
