Acetly choline is a neurotransmitter which is a chemichal produced at the nerve endings act as a neurotransmitter .it is an ester of the acetic acid and choline . It is produced at the neuromuscular junction . In brain it act as the neuromodulator which alters the chemichal structure .it is released at the neurons and enters at the synaptic cleft .
