The history of European from 500 to 1400-1500 CE is known as Middle Ages. Middle Age period started with the fall of the Western Roman Empire. There was tremendous increase in the population in the high middle Ages the population size increase from 35 to 80 million. Rural peasants’ population was about 90 percent in the European population. In most of the Europe mostly in region of northwestern and the central Europe. In the open filed agriculture system crop was rotated every year in order to preserve the fertility of the soil, the land which were common was used for the grazing purpose of livestock. The other part of society consists of nobility, townsmen and the clergy. Feudalism system was made for the alignment of the social and economic conditions. It is used to known a form of the property holding. The land was considered as hereditary it most not divided. Some the ways were made for the protection against the invaders and from the rivals initially wood was used but in the 9th and 10th centuries wood was constructed. Knights were at the low level of the nobility. Secular clergy and regular clergy were the two type in which clergy was divided. Secular clergy consist of the clergy who was present in the outer part of the world and regular clergy were consist of monks who were under the religious rule. Regular Clergy were mostly from the nobility. The local parish priest was mostly from the peasant class. The Townsmen were not able to fit into the any three division of the society that is nobles, clergy and the peasants. In the middle age the population size were not exceeded than the 10 percent of the total population. Jews established the new communities in the Germany and England. Women of the Middle age were given less power as compared to men their work was generally consist of household tasks. Peasant women work were limited to household, gardening and animal husbandry. Townswomen work was to carry out household work and also the trade part. Noblewomen were responsible to carry out the household work and also handle the estates when the men are not present but they were restricted in the involvement of government affairs. This condition a affected the personal identity because in the Middle age life healthy food were cultivated land were given to cultivate iron rich crops. The second most important thing was innovation of technology. Farming improvement was there. Improvement in the roads and vehicles was done.
