The oil from which waxes or other impurity have been removed by the process of slow cooling called winterized oil. When the oils are slowly cools, at the midst of process they are partially solidify and the waxes (solid) can filters. The winterization of oil, keeps oil in liquid stage at low temperature region also and used to produce salad oils.
