REORDER POINT = (DAILY DEMAND * LEAD TIME) + (Z * STANDARD DEVIATION * SQRT (LEAD TIME))

= ( 99.21 * 4) + ( 1.65 * 5 * SQRT(4))

= 413.33 or 413
