4) The concentration of the initial solution in molarity is calculated:

M1 = (85 g H3PO4 / 100 g solution) * (1 mol H3PO4 / 98 g) * (1.69 g solution / 1 mL) * (1000 mL / 1 L) = 14.66 M

By means of the dilution ratio, the necessary volume is calculated:

V1 = M2 * V2 / M1 = 6 M * 750 mL / 14.66 M = 307 mL

It is required to measure 307 mL of an 85% m / m solution in a 750 mL flask, and complete up to the capacity line with distilled water.

5) The initial concentration in molarity is calculated:

M1 = (69 g HNO3 / 100 g solution) * (1 mol HNO3 / 63 g) * (1.42 g solution / 1 mL) * (1000 mL / 1 L) = 15.55 M

By means of the dilution ratio, the necessary volume is calculated:

V1 = 3 M * 900 mL / 15.55 M = 174 mL

It is necessary to measure 174 mL of a 69% m / m solution in a 900 mL flask, and complete up to the capacity line with distilled water.

If you liked the answer, please rate it in a positive way, you would help me a lot, thank you.
