For the given values of 1/Bi = 10 & t = 13.61, the value of theta will not be 0.075 as per the figure. If you will interpolate the figure for the given values, you will get theta = 0.27. Which is much far than 0.075.
Also you can verify by interpolating horizontal line and check for its intersection with (1/Bi = 10), you can see that the intersection point will interpolate for t > 26.
