Answer #1

Answer.

My employer meet my expectations through psychological contract, by providing security to my job and also mentioning the rewards and promotions opportunities if I stick to the company during its tough times.

Psychological contract is important because, it considers those values and aspects which a traditional written contract can't fulfill. It helps to retain talented employees, makes them be loyal to the firm, enhance productivity and keep their confidence high. They trust the firm and understand that their efforts are valued and their expectations are considered.
