Bundle payment approach reimburses single sum of money for all the service which are provided.	Fee-for-service system payment approach is related to amount of services provided and the payment is done for every single service provided.
Promotes efficient utilization of services	Does not promote efficient utilization of resources
It helps in decrease spending by reducing the number of unwanted services.	It does not decrease spending as payment is generated for each service provided.
Less focus is given as compared Fee-for Service payment approach.	More focus on patients are given because of high payment received.
