1. Domino's have improve the performance in following ways:

a. The company is opening at number of new locations internationally, they have opened 1,800 new stores in 10 countries within 4 years.

b.They have re-invented the products into sandwiches, pasta and more different type of dishes. And also they innovated the new recipe for pizza in 2009 and the taste really changed the performance of Domino's.

c. They have also improved the better marketing and provides the good value to the consumer.

2. As the pizza hut did huge menu makeover on 2014-2015 but was not successful because of declining their shares in the market. Hence the popularity have also been decreasing in the younger generation as delivery is too poor. As compare to pizza hut Domino's is good in delivery and also Domino's is the second largest pizza restaurant. They have improved the quality and new products have been re-invented which attracts the younger generation the most.And also the shares have also been increased in the market as compare to pizza hut.

3. Industry life cycle model consist of five different stages start, growth, shakeout,maturity and decline. As compare to this delivery pizza industry is in growth stage.  

a. Their are different innovations which have been innovated by domino's but the best for fast delivery can be 'Electric and self driving delivery vehicles'. Which can be useful for the consumer to bet hot,fast and fresh pizza.

b.Hence it can be proved as the driver-less industry in some years.
