They should deploy for all of the above strategies because of the following reasons:

1. Differentiation

They should try to bring new innovative beers in the market to always have a competitive edge over other competitors.

2. They should focus only on one product they are known for that is beer, they should not diversify to other products

3. They should have cost leadership where they are able to produce at a cost effective price due to economies of scale and are able to sell at less price therefore high market share.
