the question says setRadius method will set the diameter and area as well. Your version doesn't do that. Please replace your setRadius method with the one below:

    public void setRadius(double r){
        radius=r;
        diameter=2*radius;
        area=Math.PI*radius*radius;
    }

Please also change your getDiameter function. Make it only return the diameter. Remove the line

diameter=2*radius;
