Answer #1

A] using KCL, i1+i2 -i3 =0

using KVL in top loop, -5i1 +E1 -20i1 +40i2+0.5i2 -E2 =0 or -5i1 +27 -20i1 +40i2+0.5i2-46 =0

using KVL in bottom loop, 78i3 -E3 +0.5i3+E4+0.2i3 +40i2+0.5i2 -E2 =0 or 78i3 -10.5+0.5i3+43+0.2i3+40i2+0.5i2-46 =0

i1 = -0.2876 A

i2= 0.2972 A

i3 = 0.0186 A

Hence  i1 = -0.2876 A answer

B]  i2= 0.2972 A found above

C] i3 = 0.0186 A found above
