you were introduced to the concept of CPI or Continuous Process Improvements. You have learned that the Value Chain is comprised of multiple processes that create value for the customer. Your responsibility as an Operation Manager is to continuously improve these processes. For this assignment, I want you to look at yourself as an organization. In your organization is a process called EDUCATION. I want you to break down this process into at least five (5) subprocesses. Once you have identified these subprocesses I would like you to measure how well you are at completing each. Use a scale of 1 to 10 for your measurement. Ten being you are excellent at it and one being you are very poor at it. Once you have these measurements I would like you to tell me how you are going to apply CPIs to increase your performance.

answer-

As i am the organization and education is the process for me. so, following are Five sub-processes under the Education-

1- Attention is the sub process which is required in the class and home when we study.

2- Home works and assignments are second sub process in education

3- Extracurricular activities like sports, plays etc are third sub process in education

4- Interaction is the fourth sub process in which i as organization interact with others.

5- Learning is the fifth sub process in which how i learn the process.

Rating scale from 1 to 10-

Attention- 8 means above average

Home works and assignments- 7 above average

Extracurricular activities- 5 good

Interaction- 10 excellent

Learning- 9 above average and below excellent

I would increase my performance by doing yoga and exercise to increase my attention ability, Give extra time to home works and assignment, Take part in spots or other activities to improve my creativity and leadership skills in games, all these things would help me to increase my performance and improve the process of Education.
