Explanation-The critical resolved shear stress is a property of material .slip occurs when we consider resolved shear stress .slip occurs by dislocation of motion.by which stress also produces ,shear stress acting in the slip direction on slip plane .which is able to deform the material .that's why CRSS is a material property.
