Thus fT = 10x 70 MHz = 700 MHz

fT = gm / (2\tiny \prod((C\tiny \prod + C\tiny \mu )) Thus C\tiny \prod = (40x10-3/2\tiny \prodx700x106) - 3 = 6.1 pF
