1. The name of the retail store is Best Buy. Best buy is one of the best retail stores in America which was started in the year 1966 and is headquartered at Richfield, Minnesota. Best Buy sells consumer electronics and retail merchandise in different products such as software, video games, coma cameras, televisions, etc.

2. Best buy which is one of the best retail stores in North America follows the two biggest concepts of big boxing and specialty retailing in terms of the supply chain as they have passionately capitalised in home gadgetry and entertainment products. Bestbuy focuses on basically three things that are inventory control, retail transaction, and transportation. While making changes in their supply chain is back best bi make sure that their architecture or workplace is an open show that the system and teams could work together easily. Best Buy works very closely from its headquarters to the transportation teams round reason and solves the issues on a daily basis like expedited freight.

Also to make sure all best buy stores are fully filled hit uses global sourcing organization which is located in Shanghai. Then they use the customer's feedback to help the vendors enhance the product and its features. Also, they are able to decide when and how much time they can stack the products. So, it helps Best Buy to build a reasonable capability for cube utilization and to schedule how to pack the cartons and truck in the most efficient and store friendly means. 3. Of course yes, this is the most efficient model as after making the changes in the supply chain the company has seen growth and development in terms of revenue generated in a year. Also, it has made the system work efficiently and effectively.
