Porifera are asymmetric with spicules on their body in the later phyllums these spicules are absent

Ctenophores have ctenes on their body, these are absent on other phyllums.

Hydrozoa has polymorphism and exibhit both poly and medusa. Hence loss of poly or loss of medusa is absent in them.

Cuboza is a class of cnidarians. These contain box jelly fishes. Planula larval stage and nematocysts are seen in this. and the body have box like medusa.

Anthrozoa has only poly stage and no medusa, hence loss of medusa.
