Answer #1

In this scenario, it is important to identify the professional obligations based upon the organization behavior expected from the person or whether availing such services are acceptable while working in the company based upon the regulation on behavior which is expected. It is also necessary to analyse and focus on what they have to offer and whether this can influence the company in the long run. One must also take into account the various alternatives to this offer and personal gains which will not deteriorate the functioning of the company as well. The strengths and benefits of these facilities can be identified with the alternatives and rational decisions can be made in the process.
