It has filled multiple roles from picking the product, placing it, packaging, labeling, product inspection, testing, and much more. It has helped to automate repetitive work, perform work that is dangerous for humans, reduce error thus allowing humans to produce more productive and quality products.

The cost of manufacturing robots varies widely as it can cost as low as $20,000 or high as $90,000. So, it depends on the type, quality, and the kind of services that they provide. It is powered and controlled by servo or non-servoed, through electric motors, hydraulic actuators, and programmed with either limited or unlimited sequence control which determines the movement of the robots.

Yes, the robots have replaced employee positions. because it can save money, time, provide quality products, more production, and reduce risk. As robots automate the process faster and much easier so it can replace employees in most of the automation process.

The advantages are:-
