The three recent changes at my workplace
1. Banned on eating and bringing food at the workplace
2. The opening of a recreation room with table tennis, carrom, and other indoor games
3. Introduction of transportation facility for the employee leaving above 30 km of the radius from the company
Reason for the changes is due to the following reason
1. There is a lot of mess and foul smell if the employee brings the food at the workplace
2. The recreation room was in demand from the employees
3. There is a transportation problem for a few of the employee
This was evolved and not planned, these come into the picture as per the need has arisen.
The reaction of the people was satisfactory and they responded well to these changes
