Consider the readings you did on self-esteem and your own research, then put together a list of at least three ineffective strategies you feel people currently use to improve their long-term self-esteem. In a second list, put together three more desirable strategies people could use to improve self-esteem and happiness. Be sure to provide rationale for your two lists in a few sentences.

For example, people may bully others to make themselves feel better about their own insecurities. A better solution to insecurity may be being grateful for your assets and not comparing yourself to others, instead of focusing on what you’d prefer to be different.

Then reflect in at least 2 sentences on how you use effective and ineffective strategies to boost self- esteem in your own life. You can use your research for this assignment in your final project!
