1) A major trigger that often cause conflict in one area of my life is being irresponsible . When some one at home or office does not do their work or don't take their responsibility then it leads to conflicts often because it makes the work incomplete and wastage of time .

2) Strategies to resolve this conflicts include :-

- The other person should become responsibile towards their duty

- I should ignore them

- I should do their work too so that I don't get disturbed

- Strict actions towards them who don't do their work

3) Something I need to work on more is to control my anger and wanting perfection . These two traits of me triggers many conflicts .
