The compound in which the anion is most basic will soluble most in acidic solution. Here amongst the given compounds the anions are CO​​​​​3​​​​- , Cl​​​​​- , Br- and I​​​​-

CO3- is most basic than the others (as it is the conjugate base of weak acid H2CO3 and we know weaker the acid stronger the conjugate base and vice versa).

So FeCO3 is more soluble in acidic solution.
