According to Nan Lin, People are benefited from the Social capital in 4 ways such as:-

1. Information and opportunity - Social Capital enables the organization to get the information about various alternatives available in order to get the first mover advantage to make some changes at an early stage if necessary which helps the organization to maintain its market share.

2. Analysing - Social Capital enables people/organization to get an idea of the trends by interacting with others.
