Ans1: The social model of disability says that disability is caused by the way society is organised rather then by a person's impairment or differences.

According to these model disability come to be disadvantage only when a disable people believed that he is disable rather than other people of the family or country people say to be disabled.Thus these model said that disability is caused by the way society is organised.

Ans(2): Person centred care approach relies on number of aspects including,

(a) people value and putting people at the centre of care.

(b)Taking in to account people's preferences and chosen needs.

(c) Emotional support involving family and friends

(d) Making sure people have access to appropriate care that they need.

(e) Ensuring people get all the information they need in a way that is accessible for them.

From these circumstances we can say that person centred approach focuses on the needs, goals and contribution of individual persons.

Ans(3): A person centred approach is a process in which one person is in centred like nurse and take care each patient in the hospital.

A person centred process involved listening ,thinking together,coaching ,sharing ideas and seeking feedback.

The person centred care based on 4 principle.

(2)Provide co-ordinated care,support and treatment.

(3)offer personalised care,support and treatment.

(4)Enable service users to recognise and develop their strengths and abilities so they can live an independent and fulfilling life.

Ans(4):Strengths based practice is a social work practice theory that emphasize on people self strengths and determination.

Strength based support theory based on the assumption that all the people even if they are experiencing problems have some strengths and resources from which they can draw on to make positive approach.

Strengths based theory approaches concentrate on the inherent strengths of individual etc to reach out from the problem.
