let net force be zero at x units from q1   or this is ( 0.39-x) from q2

so at this point Fnet = 0 means   F13   = F23

kq1q3/x^2 = kq2q3/(0.39-x)^2

0.39-x/x = 1

0.39 = 2x

x = 0.39/2

x = 0.195 m or 19.5 cm
