Answer #1

The four processes that determines a model’s influence or in an individual in a social learning are, such as, attention, retention, reproduction and motivation.

-          Attention: This process indicates the importance of focusing on the task, observe and particular behavior by an individual. These perceptions are reinforced by social contexts.

-          Retention: This indicates to memorize the task by internalizing the information which can be recalled later in the learning process.

-          Reproduction: This indicates the enactment of the same learned information (knowledge, skills, behavior) when needed. The responses are improved as it is practiced mentally and physically.

-          Motivation: Based on the reinforcement, an individual is motivated to do action based on the observations, rewards, etc. more in a positive approach.

Overall, in the social modeling, if we see positive consequences due to a particular way of behavior, most likely those behaviors are repeated by themselves and vice versa.
