which states thet

Landauer’s principle sets the lower bound to the heat released when one bit of information is erased as kBT ln(2) when the erasure takes place at temperature T, and with kB the Boltzmann constant.

Qdissipated = kBT ln2.

At T = 20 °C (room temperature, or 293.15 K).

The Landauer limit represents an energy of approximately 0.0175 eV for 1 bit

For 64 bit enerfy required = 1.12 eV = 1.79443782 × 10-19 joules
