Answer #1

In my opinion consumer wants superior value in any deal that they do. For example, if one goes to buy an automobile, he/she would want to buy it from that brand which offers them more valuable product and will go to that dealer who provides something extra apart from the automobile like freebie accessories.

The most important aspect for market, in my opinion, is to retain customers. It is comparitively easy to get new customers but providing consistent services and maintaining relationships to retain customers is most important for them. Taking example of Walmart, its easy for them to hget footfall, but to continue having same person visit their stores again they need to provide competitive prices on products.
