Since this is decraesing and concave up and we know that for a decraesig concave up function left end points gives the largest value and using right end points given the smallest value. Simpson rule gives the value close to exact value which would lie between left and right end points.

Using all the above facts we get that right sum give the smallest value, simpson gives the middle value and left sum gives the greatest value.

There fore option e is correct.
