The work design is a core function of human resource management and it is concerned with proper organization of the work into the tasks needed to perform a specific job. It's motive is to satisfy organizational and technological requirements; and also the personal as well as requirements of the job. It overcomes the employee job alienation and dissatisfaction that arises due to the repetitive and mechanical tasks at workplace. The work design is used by the human resource to boost the employee productivity and motivates to execute the task it in the best possible approach. Moreover helps in the elimination of the unnecessary levels of checking, supervision, and control
