Antibiotic for Streptococcus pneumoniae: Streptomycin. It is a basic trisaccharide that binds with the 30S subunit of the S. pneumoniae ribosome and causes misreading of mRNA

Antibiotic for Candida albicans: Cycloheximide. It blocks the peptidyl transferase of 80S ribosome of the C. albicans and hence stops the process of translation
