The social bonding theory by Travis Hirschi states that socialization and the human relationship is the main reason that keeps away from crime. Staying in a society a person is governed by society's norms thus he tries to keep himself away from crimes. In a society people are dependent on each other a deviant behavior can lend a person in prison. As per his theory, there are four main factors 1. attachment, 2. commitment, 3. involvement and 4. belief. that helps a person to be able to keep away from the crime.
Social learning theory by Albert Bandura states that the child observe people around him and take them as their model, that include parents, peer group, teachers TV characters, that means the child is exposed to both social as well antisocial and with both the genders, they observe their behavior and as they are their models they start copying them, they learned from the consequences of an action too, Before a child start imitating the models behavior there has to be some prior imitation, it does not happen automatically there has to be some stimuli to respond, it has both classical conditioning as well as operant conditioning. Classical conditioning is involuntary arousal in response to stimuli and operant conditioning involves changing voluntary behaviors.
In criminology, the differential association theory is developed by Edwin Sutherland; he states that the behavior of a person in a typical situation is the characteristic of that person that develops due individual's environment and the presence of those characters that are already linked to the crime. The person learned to do the crime step by step as he follows the model and they can do it individually once the hesitation and fear has gone, There is a lack of guidance, attachment, commitment and relationship the void gap is filled with negative thoughts, as there is no bonding force keep them away from crime.
The Strain theory states that the person commit the crime, it is youths emotional response to the negative relationship, a child who is weak in his studies or the one who does not have proper parenting or victimized due to lack of support or failure develops strain, and when he is unable to tolerate the stain engage in law violating activities, It is due to a personal inability to face or manipulate the situation lend him towards drug and alcohol.as they are unable to break the block opportunities. this happens when a person badly needs the money and he does not have any source to raise it.
John Wick is the thriller serials produced by Derek Kolstad, who is an American screenwriter. These series are packed with action thriller and crime. The character of John Wick is played by Keanu Reeves, who was part of the mysterious underworld. He met Helen and wanted to settle down with her, leaving behind his crime world. His Russian boss Viggo Tarasov allowed him the retirement on the condition of doing the last job that would help him to consolidate his power.
John Wick married Helen, unfortunately, she died of deadly cancer, while on her death bed she sent him a puppy with a tag " You still need something, someone to love. So start with this because the car doesn't count."
After her death, the last present given by his beloved wife was killed by Ioseph Tarasov, the son of Viggo Tarasov, while stealing his prized 1969 Mustang. He was bewildered at the loss of the puppy and took the oath to take revenge and came back to the crime world.
The love that is attachment, environment, and the relationship had brought him out of the crime world, but with the death of the wife that bonding force had gone she was his model, who had changed him, and now it is the impulse reaction to the act done by the thief and voluntary decision by him to eliminate the underworld . His belief was broken and circumstances had brought him back to the crime scene, he was unable to control his anger, and manipulate, but had developed strain due to the killing of precious puppy. John wick thought killing the robber is the only way he could satisfy his revenge. The love had brought him out of the crime world, and for the same love, he had gone back to the crime world.
