For example if a person open the telus website to buy anroid phone from the site the personal message will pop u and that is a brand message, that is there to speak with you at personal level. The dashboard of Telus company becomes personal dashboard of the particular person.If you are not the Telus person then on a homepage the benefits of Telus are mentioned and why switching to Telus are beneficial.

2- The telus strtaegy is to use end to end customer experience using personalization. Through this technique the company always in a direct contact with the customers. and this will definitely help the company to stay connect with their customers.

3 The main strategy or goal of Telus company is to serve the best product to the customer and show that product only that they are looking for.
