any organizations have started using behavioral targeting in order to capture your website visitor movements. This data is used in order to personalize advertising when you are surfing the web. Some businesses have started collecting personal information outside of your web clicking to create a profile of you. Do you have any personal issues with these practices? At what point could this type of data collection turn into an ethical dilemma? How about a legal issue?

Yes, personally I have a issues with such practices. This is very simply because these companies simply use a trick and lie to the public using their websites or Ads while you are on another site, they promise monetary value indicating that when you lo in to their website you will earn some cash for free or asks you to share their link on other social media platforms and you will be rewarded for that but if you do exactly that nothing will change you will have just marketed them using your own data and time.

This data collection may or may not turn into an ethical dilemma not now but maybe in the near future because it has been a trend and it will need a lot of consideration to determine what legal issues are to be pointed out from the data collection plus what control measures are to be put in place in order to to make sure human ethical issues are not violated by these organizations through data collection in the future.
