muscle bundle has many muscle fibres within which myofibrils are arrranged parallaly.myofibril covering is called sarcolemma.myofibril has 2types of fibres actin and myosin which are arranged in an alternating manner.

Sarcomere is the part between 2 Z lines.

Aband contains both myosin and actin filaments.

I band has only actin filaments,which is obliterated during muscle contraction.
