Topic: Physical inactivity increases burden of public health in Saudi Arabia.

Objective:

1. To identify population with physical inactivity. Which population is most inactive and why.

Is to characterize population which is physically inactive and to study disease associated with it.

Introduction.

Physically inactive, in general term is lack of working. Scientifically continuous working (physical work) which involves muscle movement consumes energy. As body required more energy, more fat is burn to produce energy. Hence lack of movement and relaxed life style will increase overall body fat. In addition, it reduced muscles activity and makes it rigid.

After the globalization of petrol and diesels, petrol and diesels are become main energy source in the word. As we all know Saudi is a place where petroleum is prominently found. Hence people of Saudi with “petroleum wells” are become rich. Their life style is very dominant than other workers. They are living luxurious life. Hence they are become physically less active. Specifically the “Arab- sheikhs” population is very rich.

Physical inactivity leads to serious health issues related to heart, kidney and muscle movements. cardiovascular disease and obesity are major health problems in recent days. less activity will accumulate fat in side body, this unhealthy fats leads to obesity which makes the body rigid and increase chance of heart disease. Bad fat, like cholesterols blocks the arteries which transports the blood and leads to heart attack. Blood pressure diabetes and other cardiovascular disease are observed in this population.

hence it is very important to encounter health issue in Saudi population which is physically inactive.
