a) Sketch the Lewis Dot structure.

b) Consider Hybridation of O's AOs. Draw the MO diagram that would result, or explain the TWO "H-O bonds." Be sure to label them on your diagram.

c) Label the MOs in your diagram. Are they sigma type or pi type interactions ? Bonding or Anti-bonding?

d) Let's now consider those other electrons in the molecule. They ( 4 electrons ) are not contributing or disrupting the bonds between H and O. We call these NON-Bonding electrons. Propose where they might fit into the MO diagram you just drew.
