Some companies give their sales managers and representatives discretionary amounts as sales budget based on their estimations. This budgets varies based on the level of activity in their area or territory, this budget even include amount for the expenses such as meals and entertainment, lodging and boarding, sales materials, gifts, etc., This is called Sales Reps discretionary budget.
