The dipole moment depends on charge separation between H-X, as dipole moment = q x 2d , where q is charge on H and X (halide) and the charge separation depend on electonegative of X (halide). Since, electronegativity decrease down the group from F to I, Hence the dipole moment will also decrease from F to I.

Therefore the polarity order will

HI < HBr

So HI is least polar, followed by HBr and HCl and HF is most polar.
