Percent w/w is nothing but percentage of solute in resulting solution. Since the total mass of solution will be

10.0 g + 90.0 g = 100.0 g solution

% w/w = (weight of solute/weight of solution) * 100

% w/w = (10.0/100.0) * 100 = 10.0% w/w

Therefore option 1st is correct from given option.

All other option with given work are not matches. Therefore other options are incorrect.
